Abstract
|
|
|
A study on afflicted part of body due to accident in rural childhood was carried out through the remembrance of their parents during the period from June to July, 1972.
The results obtained were as follows:
1. Treatments were given to these injuries through the means of home treatment (46.3%), doctor¢¥s clinic or hospital (33.4%)and drug store (12.6%)
2. Largely afflicted parts of body were in order: extremities (50.3%), head (15.3%) and face (9.5%).
3. Eyes, ear, neck, chest and lumber were parts of which hospital treatment eras given high proportionately and head, face, extremities, abdomen, hip, teeth and whole body were parts treated at home.
4. In prognosis of the injury were terminated as complete recovery (61.7%,) scar forming (30.9%) clippled (3.6%) and died (1,7%).
